Brittany Stoddard was crowned Ms. Wheelchair Utah 2012 on September 10, 2011, on the 13th anniversary of the car accident that killed her best friend and paralyzed her, leaving her a paraplegic.

Brittany should have died in that car crash, but didn't and she has loved every moment of her life since then. She was recently engaged and will be married on November 11.

As a natural performer, Brittany loves singing and dancing. She loves attending the theater, reading, eating chocolate, and drinking Dr. Pepper.

Though going through the car accident and subsequent hospital stay was the hardest thing that has happened to Brittany, she is grateful that it happened because she has become a person who she couldn't have otherwise become.

Brittany's platform this year is "You Can" and she welcomes speaking and appearance requests.
