Ms. Wheelchair Utah
The Inner-Beauty Pageant
About Us
Ms. Wheelchair Utah, the "inner-beauty" pageant, uplifts and inspires Utahns of all abilities with our motto: When life gets too hard to stand, just keep on rolling!

Women in wheelchairs participate in a luxerious pageant designed especially for them! Gifts, massages, facials, and manicures are just a small part of the 3-day event. Contestants feel fun and flirty (no matter their age!) while they meet and mingle. They share their hopes and struggles while making life-long friends and learning helpful tips about being a woman in a wheelchair.

Contestants share their personal message of inspiration during a formal evening pageant. An audience of family, friends, and the Utah community is brought to tears as beautiful women - inside and out - deliver their powerful testimonies of triumph.

Every contestant is a winner at the close of the pageant. Each woman is presented with an individual award determined by a panel of judges. A "Ms. Congeniality" award is determined by a contestant vote. Two Attendants are crowned and a new Ms. Wheelchair Utah is crowned. Flower bouquets, large Avon gift bags, and other gifts are presented to every participant - all our beauty queens!

The three titleholders are the First and Second Attendants and Ms. Wheelchair Utah. They spend their reign inspiring Utahns of all abilities across the state with their personal messages of inspiration, or their platform. They ride in parades and make appearances at schools, elderly care facilities, church groups, and more!

Ms. Wheelchair Utah competes at the national Ms. Wheelchair America pageant in July. Her trip and her airfare is funded by Utah business sponsors. No one involved with Ms. Wheelchair Utah is paid; they are all volunteers.

Ms. Wheelchair Utah and her Attendants speak for no cost (except gas reimbursement). They want to share their messages with you and your organization!
